Q1: Can I order different sizes in one lot?
A: Yes, you can! We have 4 sizes, any sizes could mixed in orders!
Size S(35-36#)= 23.5CM, Size M(36-37#)= 24.5CM,
Size L(38-39#)= 25.8CM, Size XL(39-40#)= 26.9CM
Q2: Can I order different colors in one lot?
A: Yes, you can! We have 50 colors for your choice so that match your wedding theme, please
email me for the colors swatch and find the best color you like to order. Each lot can choose 2-3
colors
Q3: Can you print our name, wish words, logo, monogram on shoes and bag?
A: Yes, we can. But extra cost is USD35 as mold printing cost. If you need print, please confirm
the order, but do not pay. We’ll change the price with printing cost , then you pay.If your can
order more than 200 pairs ,the printing cost is free .
If you no need printing logo, we’ll supply shoe and bag without any printing words to you.
Q4: How can I choose size and color for order?
A: Choose any size and go to confirm the order, then remark the sizes and colors (logo if you
need) like this:
Color 1: How many pairs for each size of S, M, L, XL
Color 2: How many pairs for each size of S,M,L,XL
Color 3: How many pairs for each size of S,M,L,XL
Q5: How long time I can receive them after order?
A: We are customed making your shoes, need 7-10 days for production, and free shipping by
Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, shipping time arround 7-10days. So, we need around 15 days at least for
your order. Please confirm if you have enough time before your order.
The shoes is of free shipping only ,but there maybe some import tax ,that is paid by buyer .
Q6: Do you have gift if I also buy others thing from your store?
A: Yes, we’ll supply one pair in any color for bride, remark the size and color when you order. Our

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ConvenientOnlineShop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
